Job summary

Bradley David Associates, a growing creative production business, is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager in the Croydon area. You will drive new business, nurture relationships across retailers, brands, agencies and marketing teams, and lead proposals for POS, print and display solutions.

The role offers hybrid working (1 day in office) with autonomy to develop your own client portfolio and sales strategy, plus uncapped commission and clear opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in retail marketing or creative production.
• Experience with POS, visual merchandising, or display solutions is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across retail brands, agencies and marketing teams.
• Re-engage and develop dormant client accounts.
• Identify opportunities for POS, print, display and visual merchandising solutions.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
• Prepare commercially competitive proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with design, production and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
• Represent the business at client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
