Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Retail Account Manager EMEA/RoW to lead strategic partnerships with major retailers across multiple markets and report to the Head of Retail. This role focuses on growing commercial performance, delivering JBPs, and ensuring strong in-store and online visibility for Medik8’s skincare portfolio.

You will partner with Marketing, Logistics and Product Development to drive regional launches, analyze performance data, and craft long-term strategies that balance global brand

Qualifications

• Brand strategy and execution experience in multi-channel consumer sales.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty, or FMCG distribution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of inspiring senior leaders.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial and finance teams to drive growth.
• Experience managing direct reports with coaching leadership.
• Experience creating and enforcing global brand guidelines and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and deliver retail and net sales across regions.
• Build and nurture relationships with local and central retail teams.
• Forecast core lines and new product developments with demand planning.
• Lead joint business reviews and maximise in-store/online visibility.
• Leverage retailer data and insights to inform activity and omnichannel plans.
• Oversee regional launches and trade execution across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Product Development to align on retail needs.
