JD Group in Ilford is seeking a proactive retail assistant to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, high-energy service on the shop floor. You will keep displays fresh, check stock with in-store devices, handle till work, restocking, and follow safety guidelines while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished - displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
