Job summary

JDSports is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor in the United Kingdom. You will greet customers confidently, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and maintain high service and presentation standards while using in-store technology to support daily operations.

Joining a fast-paced retail team, you will contribute to achieving sales objectives, work collaboratively with colleagues, and follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming customer experience and provide product information as needed.
• Identify customer needs, suggest products, and promote complementary items to hit sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions.
• Keep shop floor displays clean, organised, and well presented.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, manage stock, and prepare deliveries as required.
• Use in-store tech and systems to assist customers and run daily operations.
• Follow company policies and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Take on additional duties as reasonably required.
