Qualifications

• Solid retail construction/fit-out site management experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White/Gold), and First Aid at Work essential.
• Strong communicator, comfortable managing pressured programmes.
• Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across the South West.

Responsibilities

• Leading on-site delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes
• Managing subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
• Building strong working relationships with client and site teams
• Maintaining quality, H&S, and RAMS compliance throughout
