Job summary

Optio Resourcing is seeking an experienced Site Manager for retail fit-out projects in and around Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will lead day-to-day site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, manage the programme, and ensure works meet brand standards.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work, with a full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland. On-site work and occasional out-of-hours coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience within retail construction/fit-out.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work essential.
• Strong programme and subcontractor management skills.
• Full driving licence, willing to travel across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment projects from mobilisation to handover
• Overseeing subcontractors, programme, and site safety
• Liaising directly with client stakeholders and store operations teams
• Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand specification
• Managing out-of-hours/live trading environment works where required
