Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is recruiting a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver shopfitting and related tenant works across prestigious Plymouth sites. You will report to the Clients Property Services Manager and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure on-time delivery and full lease compliance.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to handle varying workloads.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Surveying or Architecture, or a degree equivalent.
• Experience in leading project management commissions for medium to large sized projects of medium to high complexity.
• Good People management experience within a project delivery context.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle from conception to post project review.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordinate and deliver shopfitting and related projects.
• Oversee landlord works and delivery of vacant units per lease requirements.
• Coordinate information flow between tenants, leasing, development, design, construction and centre management.
• Interface with tenants and their consultants at all stages.
• Ensure milestones and delivery programmes are achieved and documented.
