Join a rapidly growing, innovative multichannel retailer as an Assistant Merchandiser! Specializing in design-led lifestyle, household, and personal goods, this dynamic brand has expanded to over 5,000 stores worldwide in just 10 years. As they continue to experience global growth, they are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to support their Merchandising team in driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting sales and stock levels to meet sales targets and profit goals
• Monitoring departmental performance to identify areas for improvement
• Developing and managing an MAA
• Managing the WSSI
• Supporting the trade plan
• Setting allocation parameters to ensure optimal stock distribution across stores
• Collaborating with warehouses to ensure product availability

The successful candidate will have proven merchandising experience within a home or fashion retail environment, with expertise in planning weekly sales, stock, and intake. You should be confident in managing your own categories and actively participating in trade meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Chinese / Mandarin speaking would be an advantage but not essential
