The ideal candidate will support the Contracts Manager and carry out various maintenance tasks, ensuring the site is presented to the highest standard. The position offers competitive pay up to £41,200 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a building services or fabric maintenance role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in commercial or retail environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance.
• Perform general building fabric tasks including carpentry and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and client needs.
