Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance.
• Perform general building fabric tasks including carpentry and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and client needs.
