Job summary

Acorn Limited is seeking a Building Services Fabric Technician for day-to-day maintenance at Bicester Village. This hands-on role involves planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and collaborating with teams to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.

Essential qualifications include a time served apprenticeship in carpentry and experience in facilities maintenance. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000, plus benefits like 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-disciplined maintenance or facilities environment.
• Comfortable working at height and using powered access equipment.
• Additional trade background or multi-skilled experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the estate.
• Assist with general building works including carpentry, minor plumbing, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
