Acorn Limited is seeking an experienced Building Services Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across Midsummer Place Shopping Centre in Milton Keynes. The role involves hands-on leadership of two engineers, managing planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will work in a busy retail environment, coordinating with clients and contractors, and maintaining CAFM records while supporting weekend cover and Duty Manager duties as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Services Maintenance Manager to join the team at Midsummer Place Shopping Centre. This is a hands‑on position responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering and maintenance services across a busy retail environment while ensuring full compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements.
Working as part of a dedicated site team, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, support operational excellence across the centre, and build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Location: Milton Keynes, Midsummer Place
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: 41.25 hours a week
