Zachary Daniels Recruitment is assisting a market-leading retail business in appointing an Estates Manager to oversee a substantial property portfolio from the East Midlands support office with regular travel. You will be the property advisor linking key departments and driving value through strategic store acquisitions and lease negotiations.

The successful candidate will have a Real Estate Management degree and be an RICS member with around 5 years PQE, plus strong financial and analytical

Qualifications

• They seek a candidate with a Real Estate Management degree and RICS membership with several years of post-qualification experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals to meet business objectives.
• Strong commercial awareness with analytical and financial skills for property solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new stores in busy high streets and retail parks.
• Negotiate terms with landlords on lease renewals, rentals, and property management.
• Lead external advisors to deliver on time and under budget.
• Actively manage a portfolio of stores ensuring lease compliance.
• Advise on all property management aspects including lease obligations and dilapidations.
• Support business projects to deliver measurable results.
