Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisitions of new stores and lease renewals.
• Negotiate terms with landlords for rentals and renewals.
• Lead external advisers to deliver on time and budget.
• Manage store portfolio for lease compliance and performance.
• Advise on property management obligations and dilapidations.
