Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a committed and passionate Duty Manager to join our Maypole store in Birmingham. This part-time Retail Assistant role includes a £2 per hour supplement when running shifts, on top of the base £11.60–£12.71 per hour.

You will support day-to-day store operations and help deliver great customer service. Key responsibilities include driving sales with available stock, leading the team on shift, and adhering to cash handling and security policies to ensure a smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
