Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Meerbrook store to drive performance, develop people and keep the store running at its best.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. You’ll work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to meet customer demands and store KPIs.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Strong team player with confidence to lead.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards.
• Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day.
