Key responsibilities include driving sales, ensuring product availability, coaching staff, and upholding store standards. You will foster an inclusive culture and maintain health and safety policies for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in store performance, reviewing sales and operations weekly to drive actions.

• Support the Store Manager and collaborate with Talking Shop representatives.
• Coach and develop staff through ongoing conversations and on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure cash handling, security policies, and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of store operations.
