Iceland Foods is seeking a Deputy Manager to work with the Store Manager to maximise profitability, lead the team, and ensure a seamless store operation. The role focuses on delivering strong KPIs, excellent customer service and robust processes across daily operations.

The Deputy Manager will coach and develop staff, maintain compliance with health and safety, and drive continuous improvement in store performance while upholding Iceland Foods values.

• Implement health, safety and cash-handling policies; maintain store security.
