Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30-50 lbs and be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking.
• Support cash register operations and process transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, including restrooms and floors.
• Ensure security of cash and company assets.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
