Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations and assist customers. You will help with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment. Cross-training will enable you to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Lift 30–50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
