Certas Energy is seeking a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the Bishop Auckland site. You’ll be the face of our store, delivering friendly service while supporting daily forecourt and shop operations.

Qualifications

• Delivering friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining high store presentation standards.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store.
