One Stop is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment affiliated with Tesco. You will provide exceptional customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain store appearance.

You will be at the heart of everyday operations, continuously seeking ways to improve service and support a safe, welcoming store for customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering natural service
• Encourage customer feedback via have your say surveys
• Assist across store areas including online tills replenishment and stock routines
• Follow training and safety procedures to work safely
• Participate in community and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere
• Understand store performance and how your role contributes to profit
• Adhere to policies, clock in/out accurately and maintain a clean, safe shop
• If no Shift Leader present, cover shift and support store operations
• If applicable, pass background checks for Post Office Local operations
