One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain store appearance.

As a valued member of our team, you will support store operations, engage with customers, and contribute to a welcoming and safe shopping experience at One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Know my customers and serve them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
• Encourage customers to provide feedback on their shopping trip via surveys.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Follow training to work safely and perform tasks to meet customer needs.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and the role you play to deliver profit.
• Follow company policies and maintain a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
