Job summary

Morrisons is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to help our business grow and succeed. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring availability across the store and contributing to overall performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly.
Ensure market leading availability across the store.
Work with store Managers to lead a supportive, performance-driven department.
Manage scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations.
Deliver training to build capability and confidence in the team.
Develop talent within the department and build relationships with other departments.
Lead with purpose and drive targets across the department.
