Job summary

Morrisons is recruiting for high performing Managers to help our business grow and succeed. You will report to the Store Manager and ensure stores are fully stocked, safe and compliant, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading teams, planning promotions, responding to customer feedback, and driving performance across departments while ensuring scheduling and training are effective.

• Plan and organise promotions or in-store events.
• Ensure market leading availability across the store.
• Work with other Managers to lead a supportive, performance-driven department.
• Manage scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations.
• Deliver training to develop team capability and confidence.
• Motivate colleagues across departments to perform with purpose.
• Identify and develop talent within the department.
• Build relationships with other operating departments.
• Lead the store with thorough resource planning.
