Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Brent, Alabama store and deliver friendly service to every customer. This part-time role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.

You'll work at the Brent location (30 Walnut Street) with a focus on teamwork, safety, and efficiency while upholding our customer-first standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise replenished.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
