Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever customers need you, including stocking, picking orders, serving, or selling products.
• Using digital tools to do the job effectively and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy, and safely manoeuvre loads to store locations.
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently recommend to customers.
