Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a friendly and energetic store associate in Kidlington. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with shelf replenishment, order picking, and daily store operations while using digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

Join a busy team during the festive period and beyond, with flexible working patterns and a permanent, full-time contract. Right to work in the UK is required and our shifts include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
