Lidl GB in Ramsgate is seeking a Customer Assistant to help customers, restock shelves and operate tills in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll contribute to smooth, friendly service while keeping the store clean and well-organised.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive hourly pay rate (£13.45–£14.45), AM/PM shifts, 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme as part of Lidl’s benefits package.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
• Passionately provide excellent customer service
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
