Job summary

Lidl GB in Ringwood, United Kingdom, is hiring a Customer Assistant on a 25-hour contract across various shifts. You’ll be on tills, restocking shelves, keeping the store clean and welcoming, and ensuring every customer receives the service they deserve.

£13.45–£14.45 per hour with enhanced pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package including a pension, holiday pro rata and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
