Our Retail Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores. They drive sales, promote customer loyalty, and ensure high department standards.

Responsibilities

1. Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the store.
2. Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
3. Addressing customer queries with great product knowledge.
4. Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the store in collaboration with your team.
5. Working on the shopfloor and other areas as required, including stock management, cash handling, take-to-car deliveries, stock routines, and restaurant services. This offers an opportunity to gain diverse skills and experience.
