Our Retail Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, and ensuring high department standards.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the store
  • Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership
  • Addressing customer queries with great product knowledge
  • Working with your team to maintain store cleanliness and standards
  • Performing tasks on the shopfloor and in other areas, including stock handling, cash handling, deliveries, stock control, and restaurant services, offering opportunities to gain diverse skills
