Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales ledger, credit control, or accounts receivable.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a finance role.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and processing sales invoices and receipts.
• Engaging with customers via email and phone to facilitate collections and resolve account queries.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and efficient account management.
• Assisting with basic financial analysis and reporting to optimise collection strategies.
• Maintaining meticulous records and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
