Arcus FM in Sainsbury's Nairn is hiring an In-Store Cleaning Manager to supervise the cleaning team and deliver a high-quality service in a retail environment.

You will recruit and train staff, plan rotas, manage timesheets and health & safety, and sometimes perform cleaning tasks yourself. Flexibility with hours is required to meet business needs, and 32 hours across five days are scheduled, including Sundays morning.
