At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Rustington store on a permanent basis. 24 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, and at Arcus, we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6-day working options. Our shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 05:00 - 09:00
• Monday: Day Off
• Tuesday: 05:00 - 09:00
• Wednesday: 05:00 - 09:00
• Thursday: 05:00 - 09:00
• Friday: 05:00 - 09:00
• Saturday: 05:00 - 09:00

You will also have the opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for customers. Responsibilities include:

• Operating machinery
• Carrying out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as needed
• Maintaining outside areas like trolley bays, keeping them free of leaves and debris
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

We will support you with full training.

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.

An eye for detail and cleanliness, along with a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.

Please note: You will need to provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App, which is used for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of employment.
