Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is hiring a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Leek store. The role is permanent with 17 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, offering immediate start and a variety of shifts across seven days.

Shifts include early morning to evening, with options to increase hours via overtime. Training is provided, and the job focuses on keeping the store clean and safe for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential on the job training will be supplied.
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery as required.
• Perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to maintain store cleanliness.
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies in-store as needed.
• Tidy trolley bays outside and keep area free of leaves and debris.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Leek store on a permanent basis. 17 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

Sunday: 11:00 to 13:00

Monday: Day off

Tuesday: 12:00 to 15:30

Wednesday: 12:00 to 15:30

Thursday: 12:00 to 15:30

Friday: 12:00 to 14:30

Saturday: 11:00 to 13:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?
