Arcus FM Limited is recruiting two part-time In Store Cleaners for Sainsbury’s Heyford Hill store on a permanent basis. Roles are 20 hours and 21 hours per week, paid at £12.71 per hour, with immediate start available.

Sainsbury’s operates 7 days a week, and Arcus offers flexible shift patterns including early, morning, afternoon, and evening slots with overtime opportunities. Typical shifts include early mornings from 05:00 in the week and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
• Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and perform thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to keep stores clean
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required in-store
• Keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
• Arcus will provide full training

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit 2 part time In Store Cleaners based in Sainsbury's Heyford Hill store on a permanent basis. At 20 hours per week and 21 Hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

20 hours

Sunday: Day Off

Monday: Day Off

Tuesday: 05:00-09:00

Wednesday: 05:00-09:00

Thursday: 05:00-09:00

Friday: 05:00-09:00

Saturday: 05:00-09:00

21 hours

Sunday: 07:00 - 12:00

Monday: 07:00 - 11:00

Tuesday: 07:00 - 11:00

Wednesday: 07:00 - 11:00

Thursday: 07:00 - 11:00

Friday: Day off

Saturday: Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training
