Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is hiring a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Bishop Auckland store. The role is 14 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with immediate start and flexible patterns.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, mop, vacuum, wipe, sweep, and may clean toilets and surfaces. Shifts include evenings and weekends with opportunities for overtime; full training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards in the store
• Operate cleaning machinery and carry out mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or ovens as required
• Keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris while following health and safety procedures

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Bishop Auckland store on a permanent basis. 14 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 17:00 to 19:30
• Monday: 19:00 to 21:00
• Tuesday: 19:00 to 21:00
• Wednesday: 19:00 to 21:30
• Thursday: 19:00 to 21:30
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: 19:00 to 21:30

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Ta

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
