Primary responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to manage all business development and reporting activities.
- Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner.
- Organize and analyze data from available sources to support retail reporting, projects, and initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing marketing plans and opportunities to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure the successful execution of Retail Initiatives programs.
- Monitor business performance regularly.
- Review and monitor store reports for all stores on an ongoing basis to propose corrective actions to improve business efficiency.
- Initiate measures to optimize business opportunities across all areas, focusing on cost control (e.g., POP store business, Atrium sales).
- Create analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects.
- Develop standard templates, scorecards, and benchmarking tools across all stores.
- Present retail analysis findings to internal teams and APAC contacts.
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to achieve better business outcomes.
- Manage the yearly budget process, review POS data, and prepare reports for the following year.
- Perform data segmentation analysis to support promotional campaigns and program improvements.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant fields
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail analysis and/or financial analysis roles
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
Note: You will be required to work every Monday, including public holidays. You will be given compensatory time off in lieu.
