Job summary

Aramark Ltd is hiring Retail Assistants for Vimy Barracks, Catterick Garrison. You will deliver high-quality service, manage stock, and ensure shop cleanliness while handling deliveries and till duties.

The role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, with DBS checks and UK residency verification part of the process. The position is part-time with 20 hours per week, permanent, and located on-site at DL9 3PS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivering and maintaining a high standard of service in all aspects of retail
• Maintaining stock levels and replenishing shelves
• Cleaning shop shelving, refrigeration and counters to ensure cleanliness
• Managing and storing inbound deliveries
• Completing paperwork and cashing up tills at start and end of shift
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Working rosters with flexibility, including weekends and holidays

What you'll do:

• Delivering/maintaining a high standard of service in every aspect of retail
• Maintaining the correct stock levels in the shop and replenishing stock on shelves
• Cleaning shop shelving, refrigeration, and counters as needed to ensure that the shop always maintains the highest standard of cleanliness
• Managing/storing incoming deliveries
• Completion of paperwork and cashing up of tills at the beginning and end of each shift
• To offer excellent customer service to all consumers
• Must be flexible in all aspects of working rosters (including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays).

Location: Vimy Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PS Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (over 21s) Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 20 hours per week, 4 days over 7 (including some weekends) Shift times: Possible start time of 1030 and a latest finish time of 2200, working in both the Retail Shop and occasionally in the bar.
