Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a WHSmith Retail Assistant at Thurrock Services near Grays for night shifts from 11pm to 7am, at £14.90 per hour. This casual/part-time role supports delivering WHSmith’s travel essentials and exceptional customer service at our motorway service area.

You will greet customers, process orders, replenish displays and maintain brand standards while ensuring a clean, welcoming store. Weekly pay and development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to ensure maximum product availability
• Keeping the workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming
• Supervising adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of teamwork

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
