Job summary

Primark Leicester is looking for a Retail Assistant to brighten every customer's day. You will help with sizes, styles, purchases and returns, keep a neat store floor, and ensure accurate pricing on deliveries. The role offers varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, and limited weekend evenings, discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing in-store experience, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Keep the shop floor tidy with full shelves and well-presented fitting rooms and sales areas.
• Deliver a fast and friendly till experience, handling queries, voids and returns.
• Receive and check deliveries, price products and ensure high standards are met.

Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings on weekends only – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
