Job summary

Primark Carlisle is hiring a Retail Assistant on a temporary, part-time basis. You’ll work 20 hours per week across varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with interview discussions to set hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing experience, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Keep shop floor tidy with full shelves and neatly arranged fitting rooms and sales areas.
• Process till transactions, handle queries, voids and returns efficiently.
• Receive and check deliveries, price products and ensure high standards are met.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
