Job summary

Primark Trafford Centre is recruiting a Retail Assistant on a part-time, temporary contract. You’ll work 8–20 hours per week with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with pay £13.00 per hour.

You’ll join a team focused on delivering great customer experiences, keeping the shop floor tidy, processing till queries and returns, and assisting with deliveries and pricing. This is a great chance to develop in fashion retail with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Maintain an organized, inviting shop floor and tidy fitting rooms.
• Process transactions at till points and handle queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack and check deliveries; display products and ensure correct pricing.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products onto the sales floor and ensuring pricing is correct and standards are met.
