Job summary

Primark Hastings is hiring a Retail Assistant on a part-time, fixed-term contract ending 02 January 2027. Pay rate is £13.00 per hour for 12 hours per week, with shifts on Sundays 10:00–16:00 and Saturdays 09:00–18:00.

You’ll help customers, keep the shop floor tidy, assist at tills, handle deliveries, and price stock while upholding Primark’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.

Contracted hours: 12 hours per week
Shift pattern: shifts between 10:00 – 16:00 on Sundays, & between 09:00 – 18:00on Saturdays – all will be discussed at interview.

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
