Job summary

Primark Bluewater is hiring a Nights Retail Assistant for an eagerly night-shift role. You will work 24–32 hours per week on a part-time contract ending 2 January 2027, with a £13.00 per hour rate (night shift premium 20% between 22:00 and 06:00).

Shifts run during the late night hours (12:00am–4:00am) and applicants must be 18+ due to working-time rules. The role carries benefits including a pension, employee discounts, holidays based on hours, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Resetting the salesfloor, including creating eye-catching displays and replenishing the stock on the shelves.
• Making sure the stock is correctly priced and that any price changes are clear and visible to customers.
• Handling all stock, stock transfers, deliveries, and removing items from the salesfloor that don't meet our high standards.
• Implement any changes to the salesfloor, such as layout.
• Keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom.

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (Hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a 20% premium)

Employment type: Fixed Term (Contract End date - 2nd Jan 2027)

Job type: Part time

Contracted hours: 24 -32 hours per week

Shift pattern: Will be discussed at interview.

As the shifts require work between the hours of 12-4am, all candidates must be 18+ to be considered.

Eligibility.

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over as the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.
