Job summary

Primark Bluewater in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nights Retail Assistant to support overnight operations. You will reset the salesfloor, display items, and replenish stock to ensure a compelling morning shopping experience.

Role requires 18+ due to late-night/early-morning hours. The position offers a fixed-term contract ending 2 January 2027 with competitive pay and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Reset the salesfloor, creating eye-catching displays and replenishing stock.
• Ensure stock is correctly priced and price changes are clear to customers.
• Handle stock transfers, deliveries and remove items not meeting standards.
• Make changes to the salesfloor layout as needed.
• Keep the stockroom tidy and organised.

Location: Primark Bluewater
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (Hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a 20% premium)
Employment type: Fixed Term (Contract End date - 2nd Jan 2027)
Job type: Part time
Contracted hours: 24 -32 hours per week
Shift pattern: Will be discussed at interview.
As the shifts require work between the hours of 12-4am, all candidates must be 18+ to be considered.

Eligibility.

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over as the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

What you’ll do

As a Nights Retail Assistant, you’ll be working hard at night to provide our customers with an amazing experience as soon as they step through the front door the next morning. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Resetting the salesfloor, including creating eye‑catching displays and replenishing the stock on the shelves.
• Making sure the stock is correctly priced and that any price changes are clear and visible to customers.
• Handling all stock, stock transfers, deliveries, and removing items from the salesfloor that don’t meet our high standards.
• Implement any changes to the salesfloor, such as layout.
• Keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom.
