Job summary

Primark is hiring a Nights Retail Assistant to work the night shift and provide an excellent customer experience when customers arrive in the morning. The role is part-time with 24–32 hours per week and a fixed-term contract ending 2 January 2027. A 20% night-hour premium applies to hours between 22:00 and 06:00.

Applicants must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK. You will reset the salesfloor, price changes, handle stock transfers, and keep the stockroom tidy.

Responsibilities

• Resetting the salesfloor, including creating eye-catching displays and replenishing the stock on the shelves.

• Implementing changes to the salesfloor, such as layout.
• Keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom.

Location: Primark Bluewater
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (Hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a 20% premium)
Employment type: Fixed Term (Contract End date - 2nd Jan 2027)
Job type: Part time
Contracted hours: 24 -32 hours per week
Shift pattern: Will be discussed at interview.
As the shifts require work between the hours of 12-4am, all candidates must be 18+ to be considered.

As a Nights Retail Assistant, you’ll be working hard at night to provide our customers with an amazing experience as soon as they step through the front door the next morning. Here’s what this looks like in action:
