Break Charity is recruiting a Retail Assistant Manager for our shop in Long Stratton, Norfolk. The role is part-time (14 hours per week) and on-site, with scope to cover other Break shops in the area.

The successful candidate will support the Manager, supervise volunteers, handle cash, and help maintain merchandising standards. We value great people skills and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.

• Experience in customer-facing retail or charity shop environments.
• Ability to manage volunteers or staff and work in a busy retail setting.
• Awareness of cash handling and stock merchandising principles.

You will have the ability to manage a team of volunteers/staff, cash handling and an understanding of retail environment. Great customer service is essential to maximise income as is sourcing and merchandising stock.

Salary: £9,275 per annum

Hours: 14 hours per week, split over 2 days
