Due to an internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity! We are looking for an inspiring and motivated Retail Store Assistant Manager who loves working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience in our busy west end showroom. A passion for eyewear, fashion, and exceeding customer expectations is essential!
What You'll Do
- Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively with the store manager to achieve sales, deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire the team to perform at their best, supporting all aspects of people management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Lead by example through delivering an elevated styling experience during customer styling sessions.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive improvements.
- Support all aspects of store operations, including rota planning, stock management, and health & safety.
- Represent IOLLA as the local community face! You will play a key role in building an IOLLA community in Finnieston by organizing and leading showroom events.
- Identify and pursue local community partnership opportunities, such as influencer collaborations, local groups, and businesses, to foster relationships.
- Contribute to brand development by providing local insights, tracking trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
