Job summary

TUI is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Altrincham store. You will lead by example, coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit sales targets across holidays, cruises and UK breaks. You’ll work with multiple systems to enhance the customer journey and monitor feedback.

You’ll supervise weekends, bank holidays and evenings in a varied shift pattern and be a trusted mentor with inclusive leadership. TUI values diversity and inclusion.

• Personality and experience will assist you to guide, coach and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don’t go quite right, you'll have the confidence to step in and take ownership
• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
